Shipping is free for Economy UK mainland, UK Offshore, Highlands & ROI orders over £32.00 net cart cost, including VAT. However, if you require next-day or weekend delivery, this will incur an additional cost.

Saturday Delivery

Orders must be placed before 10 am on a Friday to qualify for Saturday Delivery.

Next Day Delivery

Orders must be placed before 2 p.m., excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, to qualify for next-day delivery.

Delivery Information

Our UK and International shipments are shared between different carriers depending on their destination and selected service. These carriers include Royal Mail, DX, DPD, EVRI, DHL, and FedEx. We aim to get your parcel to you in the most efficient, safe, and secure way.

Typical dispatch time for orders placed is usually 1-2 working days. However, slight delays can occur due to the size of orders, seasonal changes, and business promotions. We aim to keep our customers up-to-date when delays occur, often via the homepage of our website. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any delays once the parcel has left our premises.

Our Courier services ensure parcels are 'tracked' throughout their journey from us to you, in some instances tracking may be unavailable but we will endeavour to provide as much information as possible.

Please note that our couriers may subcontract their deliveries. This is out of our control and is to ensure you still receive your items securely.

Returns Policy 

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase.

We offer returns within 30 days of purchase back to your original form of payment. To return, please email jess@theethicalleaf.co and pack the items safely back into the original packaging (if possible). Once we receive the package and inspect the product(s), the total amount minus the original shipping cost will be returned back to your original form of payment. Once we receive the returned item(s) at our facility, please allow 5 business days for the return to be processed.
